Chef Moh Timazrib’s kitchen is based on a simple concept: respect for the products he uses. Whether it be meat, fish, shellfish, or greens. The weekly-renewed lunch menu consists of both his own unique creations and reinterpretations of classic dishes. The menu « à la carte », which is also available during lunch, shows itself from a more refined side. This menu, hence, changes monthly, always guided by the kitchen’s creativity as well as the seasonality of products. Ever since the opening we have invested special attention to our wine selection, in which we make sure to maintain a diversity in origin, quality, and price. From Mosel to Marlborough crossing Burgundy on its way, our sommelier Erwan Mevel carefully picks the finest wines to accompany your meal and carry its flavours.

During our lunches the animated and warm ambiance are appreciated as much as the appetising kitchen and original choice of wines. We always recommend our guests to book their table in advance.
