THE LUNCH MENU
Our lunch menu, which we serve within less than an hour, changes weekly. Freshness, generosity, and respect for the seasons are of great importance to us. Chef Fela Herzog's dishes fluctuate between his own unique creations and his interpretations of traditional recipes.
You are not limited by time and desire a more gastronomic experience? It is also possible to order from our menu « à la carte » during the lunch.
Variation in our wine selection, with regard to diversity, quality, and price, has been very important to us from the start. From Tuscany to the Napa Valley, right through the Alsace, our sommelier does his very best to choose the most refined wines that best accompany our dishes and bring out the subtlety of their flavours.
