THE CUISINE AND THE WINE
We systematically devise wine suggestions that are paired with the dishes we serve. With every monthly menu therefore, our winepairings are also completely rethought. The winelist too, evolves as we go along, following seasonal changes and previous succeses. We propose wines that are suited to the lunch dishes as well, while, moreover, introducing a different country each month. Our passionate sommelier Erwan Mevel takes great care to choose the wines that best support and carry the dishes. The delicacy of a langoustine surely requires a different pairing than the distinct flavour of a pheasant.
We have divided special attention to the accessibility of our winelist, providing plenty of options of terroir wines between €25 and €50. But we also take great pleasure in introducing you to our selection of rare winemakers, prestigious terroirs, and vintage bottles. If one of these bottles catches your interest, don't hesitate to reserve it in advance. So that we can take the required measures to serve it to you in optimal conditions.
