THE KITCHEN AND THE WINE CELLAR
The kitchen of Moh Timazrib, honoured with mentions in both the Michelin guide (1 fork) and Gault&Millau (13/20), changes constantly in its pursuit of the seasons. Every month his team rethinks what they know in order to come up with new flavour combinations. At times innovative and on others traditional, the dishes follow one continuous line: taste and plenitude.
At lunchtime, Harvest offers a weekly changing menu. This menu is served within less than an hour, without compromising on the quality of the products and their preparation. For dinner we offer our more refined menu « à la carte », that consists of 2 or 3 courses. The latter changes every month, depending on which products are in season.
As for our winelist, there are almost 200 different bottles waiting for you in our cellar. Our selection of suggestions per glass changes along with our menus, as they are paired to specifically suit both the dishes on our dinner as well as on our lunch menu. Let yourself be tempted by the wines proposed by our sommelier, Erwan Mevel.
